Ask a questionIt's water-resistant, not fully waterproof - a few buyers noted it can smudge with heavy tears, sweat or rain. For everyday wear it holds up well; if you need true waterproof for swimming, this isn't that.
Start with the lengthening end for your base coat, then use the thickening end on top if you want more volume. Using the thickening end alone, first, tends to pick up too much product for some buyers.
Almost always this comes down to applying too much at once, or a second coat before the first has dried. Thin layers, given a few seconds to set, fix most smudging complaints.
